How do I arrange a warranty repair?
Please register an in-warranty Samsung repair directly with Samsung by calling 0330 726 7864. Samsung will advise you on your warranty and the repair arrangements.
Can you help if my warranty has expired?
Yes, we also offer chargeable out-of-warranty Samsung repairs. Send an enquiry or call us to discuss your appliance, the fault and the next steps. Sending an enquiry does not confirm an appointment.
What information should I have ready?
Your postcode, contact details, appliance type and a description of the fault are a good start. If available, include the model number and any error code in your message.
